RETURNING MERCHANDISE

  1. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order without specifying a reason.
  2. To return merchandise to us, start by notifying us of your intention to withdraw from the contract, preferably by filling out the return form (found at the bottom of this page) and sending it to the email address orders@snyvision.com.
  3. Please remember that you must notify us of your intention to return the merchandise within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  4. Ensure that the returned products are in an undamaged condition. If the product is damaged, soiled, or shows clear signs of use, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return.
  5. Send the return to us within 14 days from the date of notification (email with the form).

The cost of the return shipment is covered by the customer, but you can send it in a way of your choice to the address Magazyn SNY H. Sobiecki lokal 4a, Aleja Stanów Zjednoczonych 53, 04-010 Warsaw.

  1. Please make sure that the returned products are well protected.
  2. After receiving the return package, we will refund you for the returned products promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the return.
