EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
RETURN
1. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, you can return your order
2. To return the goods to us, start by notifying us, best by filling in the return form
(at the bottom of the page) and sending it to orders@snyvision.com
3. Remember that you must notify about your will to return the goods within 14 days of
receiving the goods.
4. Remember that the products should be returned new. If the product is damaged, dirty
or shows visible marks of using, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return.
5. Send the return to us within 14 days from the date of notification
(sending an e-mail with the form). Return shipping costs are covered by the customer,
but you can ship the order in the way you choose to the address:

6. Please attach tou your return paper receipt. Without it we will not be able to accept your return.
7. Make sure that the returned products are well protected during the shipping
8. You can also return the goods personally by delivering them to our office.
To arrange a return date convenient for both parties, write us an e-mail
or a private message 🙂
9. After the parcel receiving, we will refund you money for the returned products
immediately, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the return.
10. The exact terms of the return of goods are specified in the regulations of the SNY online store.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
1. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange the goods without return.
Return the goods to us while ordering, the one for which you would like to exchange it.
