3. Who can we entrust your personal data to?

The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions.

The processing entity processes the entrusted personal data, but only for the purposes, to the extent and for the purposes indicated in the entrustment agreement.

As a data controller, we can (but do not have to) entrust your personal data to entities: providing hosting services to the website on which our Online Store operates, providing postal, courier

and transport services for the delivery of parcels with ordered products, providing other services to us as the Administrator of personal data that are necessary for the current functioning of the

Online Store.

The online store uses the services of external entities to which we can (but do not have to) provide your data.

Below is a list of possible recipients of your data: an entity delivering goods – courier services, Polish post office, etc. payment processor an entity dealing with the optimization of the

Online Store and IT support, and providing software people cooperating with the company on the basis of civil law contracts, employees and associates of the company software provider

that facilitates running a business (e.g. accounting software) an entity providing us with technical support, accounting support,

office support support an entity providing a mailing system, statistical or marketing services. relevant public

authorities to the extent that the Administrator is obliged to provide them with data

5. Google Analytics
In addition, our website collects anonymous data on the pages visited, such as: number of visits, country, browser, visit time, etc.

We analyze the collected data using the solution of an external provider. We are currently using Google Analytics.

The tool works based on the so-called cookies and does not share personally identifiable information.

5. Your rights

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, each person whose personal data we process as the Personal Data Administrator has the right to:

being informed about the processing of personal data, access to your personal data, correcting, supplementing, updating, rectifying personal data, deleting data (the right to be forgotten),

restricting processing, transferring data, objecting to the processing of personal data, not being subject to profiling, lodging a complaint to the supervisory body (i.e. to the President of the

Personal Data Protection Office), referred to in art. 77 GDPR –
